Slovakian join stock company BIORAFINERIA SK, jsc established with ukrainian company AMARANT OOO join venture called AB AMARANT-BIORAFINERIA, Ltd. This join venture is focusing on export of agrocommodities (rape seeds, canola seeds, corn, cereals, etc.) and crude vegetable oils from Ukraine to European Union.
